Hi, my name is Kazu. I’m the founder of Massage Kazu, I am also a Shiatsu and Remedial massage therapist.
In the past 9 years I have given thousands of massages here on the Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. I use a diverse array of techniques include Myo-fascia release, Trigger Point, Acu-pressure stimulation, Lymph Drainage and of course Shiatsu. Shiatsu is the use of the Meridian lines
and Acu-points to balance the physical, mental and emotional states of the body through your internal organ system.
If you want to try something different, please have a try!
I have seen hundreds of people who have lower back pain, but majority of them have never
have abdominal massage. When I touch their Iliopsoas muscle (people often call hip flexor),
most of them have extreme tightness or Trigger Point (muscle nodule or taut band). Iliopsoas
muscle tightness cause lower back pain and in-balance of pelvis. It is an obvious reason,
Psoas Major muscle attachment originally start from transvers process
(side notch of spine vertebrae) of all Lumber spine to insert lesser
trochanter (medial side of head of Femur bone).
Once this muscle got tightness that compress Lumber Discs.
When people have this muscle tightness, also tend to have tight Tensor Fasciae Latae,
Ilio Tibia Band, and Vastus Lateralis. ITB (Ilio Tibia Band) is your side of thigh muscle.
When you touch this muscle and feel tightness, you might have tight psoas muscle.
Massaging Iliopsoas muscle helps great relief of lower back pain and feel free on your back.
My name is SVITLANA TISHKO.
I been suffering from lower back pain for many years, and
could not get relief. Over recent months I started visiting
KAZU (a qualified masseur in Robina).I noticed immediate
effects and my back is a lot better. He uses new techniques
(e.g. abdominal massage) which has relieved the back pain
from the lower back area and now I feel so much better.
I would recommend Kazu to all my friends and to anyone
who suffers from back pain.Thank you KAZU. I am glad
finally found a true professional who has helped me.
